Research On Ergonomic Safety Of Stroller

With the improvement of people's living standards and the opening of the two-child policy, people's attention to strollers has gradually increased. However, there are some problems in the design of strollers on the market, such as unstable structure, poor shock-absorbing performance, and insensitive braking, which will cause harm to infants and young children in the process of use. So this paper takes ergonomics as the theoretical basis, takes stroller as the research object, and carries out a systematic study on the design of stroller from the perspective of safety. The specific work is as follows: First, it discusses the concept and development of ergonomics theory, expounds the research content and methods of ergonomics, discusses the application of ergonomics in industrial design, and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research work. Secondly, analyze the current situation of domestic and foreign products of baby strollers, compare the design focus of baby strollers in various countries, elaborate the research results of baby strollers at home and abroad, analyze the existing products, summarize the deficiencies in the safety of existing baby strollers, and use theory to make optimal design for baby strollers. Expounds the attributes and concepts of security, and clarifies the methods and objectives of security design in this paper. Through the comprehensive analysis of the psychological and physiological characteristics of infants and adults, the safety research is carried out in combination with the brake system, shock absorption system and seat belt of the stroller. Finally, the safety of stroller design is systematically analyzed from ergonomics, shape structure, color, material and use. A more scientific design method and guiding standard are proposed, combining human characteristics with ergonomic human body parameters, and a more reasonable stroller size and a more stable structure shape are proposed. On the basis of the above, the safety design is applied to the design practice, combined with the feedback of the questionnaire survey, to accurately locate the users and the pain points of demand, and to clarify the design objectives. The automatic brake design is proposed to solve the hidden danger that adults forget to turn on the brake. The combination structure design is proposed to optimize the stability of the stroller. In terms of color, the color matching with high brightness and low purity is proposed, which more reasonably meets the development characteristics of infants. Combined with ergonomics theory, the overall design and application research of the stroller are completed, providing theoretical reference for the designers and producers of the stroller.
